Macalester Student Travel Registration

All New Registrations must choose from one option below:

  1. If you are a Macalester student participating in college-sponsored or related travel within the United States (domestic), register your travel using this link.
  1. If you are a Macalester student participating in college-sponsored or related travel AND all or part of your travel takes place outside of the United States (international), register your travel using this link. 
If you have already started your travel registration form, you can complete or edit your information using this link.
 
** Please use your Macalester username (everything before @macalester.edu) and password to login.

Faculty and Staff Travel Registration

  1. If you are a Macalester faculty and/or staff who is participating in conferences, research, sabbaticals, teaching, Study Away site visits, FDIS, or other college sponsored or related travel within the United States (domestic), register your travel using this link.
  1. If you are a Macalester faculty and/or staff who is participating in conferences, research conducted abroad, sabbaticals, teaching, Study Away site visits, FDIS, or other college sponsored or related travel outside of the United States (international), register your travel using this link.
